The Municipal Market of Alpera was built at the end of the 50s. It is located between San Roque Street and the Paseo de la Constitución on a single floor, with access from both roads.
In 1987 it was reformed, adapting it to the present and making it more accessible and modern. A quality and proximity commerce at the service of the citizens.
It currently has seven stalls: four butcher’s shops, two fishmongers and a greengrocer’s, which are open to the public from Monday to Saturday mornings.
Paseo de la Constitución, 87; San Roque St., 29
It is worth mentioning its interior decoration, whose mosaics are covered with representations of the cave paintings of the Cueva de la Vieja, of the Parque Periurbano La Mejorada, as well as the Coat of Arms and the Panoramic view of the town.
In front of the Municipal Market, along the Paseo de la Constitución, runs the Camino de Santiago-Camino de la Lana.
